Does Vivid sell authentic brands?
There’s nothing worse than fakes. Vivid only sells authentic products and is an authorised seller for all brands on our site.
Can you deliver to PO Boxes?
Sure can! We use Australia Post for all deliveries, meaning we can deliver to pretty much any address in Australia.
What happens if my parcel is delivered when I’m not home?
Orders under $250 are sent via express post, with no signature required for delivery. We recommend that you list your place of employment as your delivery address if you suspect your home will be unattended during business hours. Orders over $250 will be sent via registered express post, with a signature required for delivery. In both instances, If you aren’t home when delivery is attempted the package will be redirected to your local post office.
What are your delivery days and time frames?
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be posted that day to ensure speedy delivery straight to your mail box. If you are inside the next day delivery network, expect your package the next working day. If you live outside of a metropolitan area allow up to 3 working days, just in case.
What if the item I order is out of stock?
Our staff will notify you straight away to discuss whether placing a special order for the product is possible or if you would prefer to look at other options.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Vivid currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Simply proceed through the checkout process and select your preferred payment method.

How do I calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges with Vivid are a breeze to work out. If your order is over $100, it’s free. If it’s under $100, shipping is only $10! If you’d like your order sent via the Australia Post Platinum, Next Day service simply select that option in the check out. Easy, Right?
How can I check the delivery status?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking instructions. Simply follow the steps and you’ll know where your order is.
How do I obtain a credit note or exchange an item that I have purchased?
If you would like to return an item that you have purchased you have two options. If you are close to a Vivid store you can exchange or credit your purchase at either of our stores
. Simply take the item (with tags attached) along with your receipt to the store within 14 days of delivery and our helpful crew will be happy to help.
Alternatively, if you are not close to one of our stores, feel free to contact us
to arrange a return or credit note. Please ensure that all stock remains in the condition that you received it – Tags should be attached and all items must be unworn. Due to health regulations we cannot return or exchange earrings or underwear.
